User-Generated Content Policy

e) You will not modify, adapt, appropriate, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative works or adaptations, publicly display, sell, trade, advertise or otherwise use another User's content, except with permission from one of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE or by the owner of such content.

f) You will not impersonate any person or falsely state or imply that you are an employee or representative of any of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE, or that you are a provider of the services offered by the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE.

g) You will not attempt to obtain passwords, account information, or other private information from any other person using the Services offered on the mobile applications, nor will you attempt to phishing to obtain such information.

h) You will not use any robot or any crawler or other automated device or process to access the Services offered, regardless of the purpose, or to copy any material from such services offered by the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE.

k) You will not promote or encourage any prohibited activity described above.

User Responsibility and Discretion:

The user will be responsible for protecting the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE from any defamation or act that aims to harm the company, due to complaints caused by third parties or complaints made directly to the user. Consequences and liability for non-compliance:
