In the event that the service requested by the user is cancelled, and then scheduled for another time and the service is provided at another time, it is possible that the withholding for the cancellation has already been made by the banking institution, and the charge for both the service and the cancellation is made, however, GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC through its mobile applications such as DAME RAITE will not make a double charge, so the banking institution will be responsible for making the due refund due to the withholding that will be reflected in the authorized account.

REFUND OF WITHHOLDING FEE

The retention charge reversal time can take up to five (5) business days, so you will receive a notification via email or text message confirming the return.

However, the return of the withholding may be affected by the process that the banking institution performs, which may take longer than normal, even up to twelve (12) days, due to the process that the banking institution performs for the transaction.
