If the service did not meet expectations, feedback may be shared rating the user who provided such service within any of the mobile applications; If you believe that the price was wrong or that something went wrong in the service obtained, it is possible to report it to the support team. In some cases, such reporting may be covered by the service reimbursement policy.
It is necessary to know what to expect when you report an inconvenience with any of the services offered by the mobile applications offered, so here are some examples of when you may qualify for a full or partial refund of the price you paid. If any problem is detected during the execution of the service provided, it must be notified within 30 days after the inconvenience. All applications are at the sole discretion of the mobile application developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE. Cases will be evaluated separately.
As a reminder, in the mobile applications offered by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE, which is a platform that connects different users to move people from one point to another, the users in charge of executing the requested service will be in charge of accepting the requests found within the application. As a requesting user, you have the right to decide whether or not to accept the service offered. In the case of DAME RAITE, requesting users will be provided with information prior to the execution of the service, such as:
· Prices and other in-app estimates, such as starting price and estimated time of arrival.
· Vehicle and driver details, such as license plate, driver's name, and vehicle type.
As a user of any of the mobile applications, you have the responsibility to verify that the information provided is accurate and meets your expectations based on quality. If you choose to accept, you are indicating that you agree to the Terms of Service and assume responsibility for successfully paying for such service.
When do you qualify for a full or partial refund?
Some examples of when you may qualify for a full or partial refund include:
· The full amount or a surcharge was charged incorrectly, or technical issues were experienced with the service received, such as promotions that were not applied correctly.
· The price of the service is significantly higher than the estimated price displayed in any of the applications, and this is not due to additional services or changes to it.
· If the service was not performed as requested or there are other concerns about fraud.
When are you not eligible for a full or partial refund?
Examples of circumstances in which you are not eligible for a full or partial refund include, but are not limited to:
· Issues related to the quality of the service provided (customer service may be contacted to help identify problems with the service provided).
· There is a problem with the user providing any of the services and does not meet the expectations in terms of quality. (Feedback on the service received may be provided by contacting Customer Service.)
· A problem caused by user error, such as requesting the wrong type of service.
· A delay in the service offered or an execution problem when receiving the service due to uncontrollable events or a change in price due to the addition or removal of services or the upgrade of a planned service after it began to be received.
Request Resolution
A refund request or general complaint about the purchased service can be sent to the customer service team within the website as long as it is within 30 days of the problem being experienced. If you are determined to be eligible, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on the banking institution providing such payment method.
Fake reporting
Every report received is investigated. Providing inaccurate service experience information when disputing charges or payments violates the Community Rules for mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE and may result in rejection of such request and/or account deactivation.
