Global Guides
All persons registering an account within the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE must follow these Guidelines, which reflect the following 3 pillars and the rules in each of these sections.
Treat everyone with respect
The community is extremely diverse, and you are very likely to encounter people who are different from you or who do not share your beliefs. The guides listed in this section help foster positive interactions in each experience.
Helping Others Stay Safe
Every day there is an effort to create safer experiences for everyone. Safety is the drive. That is why these rules were established. In addition to these Guides, more standards can also be found in the Additional Guides for providers of the services offered through the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE, which are presented below:
Abide by the law
There is a commitment to comply with all laws, so it is expected that all users who use the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE, do so and adhere to the corresponding laws and regulations, as well as airport rules and regulations where applicable.
Feedback is important
If something happens, whether positive or negative, it is easy to report directly from any of the mobile applications or through the support team of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE. The team is continually working to improve standards and policies, and feedback is important so that appropriate action can be taken and appropriate standards maintained as technology advances.
Treat everyone with respect
Treat all people in the community with the same treatment that would like to be received, that is, with respect. The behavior while using mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE, can significantly affect the safety and comfort of others. Politeness is important. Therefore, it is expected that the best judgment is used and that the behavior is in a decent way with other people while using the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE and when interacting with others in the community, just as it would be done in any public space.
For example, you should always try to be punctual when receiving the service provided by the provider users. Yelling, cursing or expressing annoyance, damaging the means with which the service is provided, are also unpleasant behaviors. Also, maintaining personal organization will ensure that everyone has a pleasant service. The most important thing to remember is that when interacting with other members of the community, you may meet people who look or think differently. These differences must be respected. Everyone should feel accepted and welcome when interacting with others in the community. As a result, rules were created related to physical contact, sexual assault and inappropriate conduct, threatening and rude behavior, post-lease contact, discrimination, and property damage.
Physical contact
While making use of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE, you should not touch strangers or people you have just met. Some exceptions are allowed for individuals who need or request physical assistance or when limited physical contact is unavoidable. Under no circumstances is it permitted to injure or attempt to injure any person.
Sexual Assault and Inappropriate Conduct
Privacy and personal space are valued. Talking to other people is fine, but you shouldn't comment on their appearance or ask if you're in a relationship. Sexual assault and inappropriate conduct of any kind, i.e., sexual contact or behavior without the explicit consent of the other person, is prohibited.
The personal space and privacy of others must be respected. The following list provides examples of inappropriate behavior, but is not exhaustive.
· Don't ask personal questions (such as marital status or sexual orientation).
· Do not make comments about appearance (such as derogatory comments or as a "compliment").
· Do not make explicit comments or gestures (such as insults, or graphic or suggestive messages).
· Do not flirt (i.e., no non-verbal flirting, suggestive flirting or getting too physically close).
· Do not display indecent material (e.g., sexually suggestive objects or images).
· There is a policy that prohibits sexual activity, regardless of whether the person is known or consented to.
Rude or threatening behavior
Aggressive, confrontational, and harassing behaviors are not allowed. Language or gestures that may be disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate should not be used. For example, not sharing graphic images (such as sexually explicit images or images depicting physical violence) with others in the community. This includes the unsolicited sharing of such images through online support systems or in connection with an experience of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE. It's also a good idea to avoid personal topics that can be contentious, such as religion and political ideologies.
After-Service Contact
Contact should end when the service is complete, unless it is to return a forgotten item. Unwanted contact may be considered harassment and includes, but is not limited to, texting, making phone calls, communicating via social media, or visiting or attempting to visit someone in person after a service lease. Unnecessary contact information should not be shared.
Discrimination
An environment of safety and respect should always be fostered. For this reason, any discriminatory conduct or behavior is not tolerated, including towards the support team or Contact Centers. Other persons must not be discriminated against on the basis of age, color, disability, gender identity, marital status, national origin, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
For example, the following actions are considered unacceptable:
· Denial of services based on attributes such as age (except for minors, as described below), color, disability, gender identity, marital status, national origin, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law. Applicable laws of certain jurisdictions may require or permit the provision of services provided by or for the benefit of a specific group of individuals. In such jurisdictions, the services required or permitted by these laws and the relevant corresponding terms are permissible under these guidelines.
· Rate other users, based on these characteristics.
· Discriminate based on the user's location or domicile. We know how important it is to tailor services to one's own needs, not the other way around. Refusing a service because it is not convenient is not a violation of these guidelines. However, it is not permitted to intentionally refuse or cancel services, nor to use the functions of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE to not receive requests for services, only for the purpose of avoiding a particular place due to the characteristics of the people or businesses that are located there or not receiving a specific payment method.
It also wants to help increase service options for people with disabilities. Therefore, information on this topic is offered to users. Users using mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE, must comply with all relevant laws governing the service of users with disabilities, including service where the presence of service animals and assistive devices (such as wheelchairs) is required.
Property Damage
Property damage is prohibited. Some examples include damaging the tools or means used to provide the service provided by the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE, breaking or vandalizing a phone or tablet, intentionally spilling food or drinks in the area where the service is provided, as well as smoking, damaging the premises or vomiting due to excessive alcohol consumption or any other reason. If a property is damaged, you will be responsible for covering the costs of cleaning and repairs, beyond normal wear and tear.
Helping Others Stay Safe
Everyone has a role to play in helping to create a safe environment. That's why there are rules about shared accounts, the age of the holders, and more.
Shared Accounts
Account sharing is not allowed. To use the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE, you must register and maintain an active account. No other person will be allowed to use the account and personal account information (such as username, password or personal photos) should never be shared with others to access mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE. For example, service providers must themselves complete all the steps necessary to provide the service, from the initial point to the end, without exceptions.
Under 18 years of age
You must be 18 years of age or older to have an account. This means that you must be at least 18 years old to use the services on your own. Account holders may not request services for minors under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by the account holder or another adult during the performance of the requested service. In none of the options offered through the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE, are they allowed to use any of the accounts of an adult by themselves. These age limitations apply unless otherwise noted in the terms, local guides, and other policies. Applicable laws in certain jurisdictions may permit the provision of services for the benefit of persons under the age of 18, subject to the consent of their legal guardians. In such jurisdictions, services permitted by these laws and relevant applicable terms are permissible under these guidelines.
Additional and non-account users
When using mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE, no person other than the provider partner or the user requesting the service is allowed to be present while the service is being carried out. These guidelines apply unless otherwise noted in local guides, terms, and other policies. If you are a user of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE, the account holder is responsible for the behavior of the entire group. If you request a service for your own benefit or for another adult, you must be responsible for the behavior of the other person during the execution of the service.
Service Information
To facilitate the initiation of services, the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE provide users and customers with information that allows the identification of the providers, such as the name and profile picture, and their means of execution of such services, such as the general characteristics of the same. Incorrect or outdated data creates confusion among users and customers, and can affect the quality of their experiences with mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE.
Providers must complete services only with approved usage tools. In order to provide you with accurate information, you must provide the details of the means of execution of the requested service and update the documentation that may lose validity, such as personal documents that are about to expire.
Seat belts
In the case of mobile applications developed that require the use of vehicles, it is mentioned that the use of seat belts is the most effective way to save lives and reduce injuries related to car accidents.
All carriers and users, including those in the back seat, must always buckle up. Users should order a vehicle (where applicable) that has enough seat belts for their entire group and not use the service if they exceed that amount.
Providers can refuse service if the car doesn't have enough seat belts for all users.
Helmets for bicycles, motorcycles and scooters
For safety, when using a bicycle, motorcycle or scooter, in the case of the developed mobile applications to which it applies, you should look for a helmet that fits well. Helmets can protect as long as they are worn according to the manufacturer's instructions, i.e., placed so that they cover the lowest part of the forehead and fit snugly under the chin.
Using dashcams that record video or audio
Providers may choose to install and use a dashcam to record services and provide evidence, to law enforcement or insurance companies in the event of a problem occurring at the time of carrying out any service. The following should be taken into account:
· Users who make use of any of the services offered by the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE and that are of a shared type where they observe a dashcam may have concerns about how the video, personal image or captured conversations will be used. In some places, local laws and regulations require users to consent to recording. You should check your local laws for rights and responsibilities.
· Providers may submit recordings at their discretion. The user security team on mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE will review the submissions and take all measures that comply with the Guidelines and the terms of use of the mobile applications.
Sharing or transmitting an individual's image or audio or video recording on social media or in other public places, whether digital or physical, is a violation of the Guidelines and may cause the security team to conduct an additional investigation, which could result in the deactivation of the violator's account.
Stay alert
Providing services that require concentration means stepping in to help keep the service provider and others safe. This means keeping your eyes on the target and resting for the appropriate amount of time so that you can react quickly to any situation. Reports of accidents and unsafe behavior when performing any of the services offered are reviewed. Repeated reports of dangerous behavior may result in the deactivation of the vendor partner's account.
Proper maintenance and upkeep
Under the terms of the agreement, providers are expected to maintain their means by which they provide the services in good standing, including, but not limited to, all components that make the medium a ready-to-serve tool. This means making sure that the media or object meets industry safety and maintenance standards, and checking and repairing any parts that the manufacturer recalls.
Shared Paths
To increase safety on the road, providers must behave safely, including taking care of all users, regardless of how such services are received.
Public Emergencies
Mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE may take additional measures to try to preserve the security of the platform during public emergencies, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, public health emergencies and public crisis situations.
For example, if a public health authority notifies that someone using any of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE, may pose a risk to others, the person may be prevented from accessing the information until it is reasonably safe to allow the person to resume using the services. Similarly, people in an entire city or region may be prevented from using part or all of any of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE or imposing other requirements to comply with the guidelines of the authorities during a public health emergency, natural disaster or other public crisis situation, or when the availability of mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE may represent a danger.
Proper handling of services
Suppliers are expected to comply with all applicable licensing requirements and all other applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety standards, as well as industry best practices and policies for applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE. Suppliers must maintain current licenses or permits where required by law.
In some cases, certain services can be perishable and can cause illness if not handled properly. These services can be dangerous if they are not maintained according to proper time and temperature controls prior to use.
To ensure that services are delivered to users in a secure manner, providers are encouraged (where applicable) to seal packages in securely sealed packaging prior to delivery. Providers are expected to act responsibly with the information provided by users about allergies to certain components present in the services provided, intolerances, or other restrictions, and to reject requests that they are unable to fulfill.
Correct delivery of services
Providers may have certain guidelines related to deliveries to promote the safety of the services provided, adhere to regulatory standards, or accommodate restrictions made by users. Users in charge of executing the final part of the service should always take into account the instructions of the providers.
A user in charge of carrying out the final part of the execution of the service, who uses elements such as thermal backpacks (in the cases of the mobile applications that apply) can improve the customer experience, but such use is not mandatory, unless the execution of the service is carried out in a place where it is required by law.
The execution of services that require a bicycle can be better carried out if thermal backpacks are used that are more prepared to protect the contents that require it from movement and weather conditions.
Users in charge of carrying out the last part of the execution of the service must do so in a prudent manner and in accordance with the relevant security standards. It could be said not to alter or open packages in cases of mobile applications that make deliveries.
How Providers Can Provide a Safe Space for Service Executions
Providers and the team around them are expected to use their best judgment and behave appropriately towards the users charged with carrying out the last part of the execution of the requested services and make them feel welcome, just as they would with their customers. In addition, a secure area must be designated for the execution of this service. For example, providers should work to avoid violent incidents on their premises that could jeopardize the safety of users tasked with executing such termination of the requested service.
Services related to alcoholic beverages
All services that are related to alcoholic beverages must comply with applicable laws and restrictions on the delivery of alcoholic beverages and hours of operation. Only customers who are of legal age to purchase alcohol-related services and who are not under the influence of alcohol may order and receive alcohol-related services where this option is available. They will be asked to show a government-issued photo ID to verify age and identity before delivering the service. If the customer does not have a valid official photo ID, alcoholic beverages for the requested service cannot be delivered and will be returned to the supplier on behalf of the customer, who will be responsible for the costs involved. Users may not make requests for alcoholic beverages to be delivered in public places where open containers are prohibited or in any other area where their possession or consumption is prohibited under the law.
How to create a positive user experience
It is important for providers to treat other users with respect.
Provider users must be thorough in fulfilling user requests and delivering the right services to them. If a customer receives a service with missing or incorrect items, they may have a bad experience. There are other factors that can create a negative experience for both suppliers and customers, such as long lead times, long lead times to the supplier partner, reduced connection times, delay in accepting requested services, and high cancellation rates.
If these or other parameters are significantly worse than the average of the provider's city, they may negatively affect the experience of the other parties that use the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE and should be maintained at an average level. If they fall below the minimum standard, the service providers will be informed.
Prohibited Items
Providers may only offer services that are explicitly contemplated under their agreement with mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE. Most items with special or illegal regulations, such as cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannot be offered as part of the services offered by the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE in which it applies. Any of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE may remove such service offered by a provider that uses what is deemed prohibited or inappropriate, or otherwise limit the ability of providers to publish such services as part of their offering (where applicable).
Respect the laws
There are rules based on current laws and regulations that everyone must comply with. It is strictly forbidden to use any of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE to carry out any type of crime (such as transporting drugs, money laundering, drug or human trafficking, sexual exploitation of children) or breaking any other law.
Compliance with all laws
While using any of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE (where applicable), everyone is responsible for knowing and obeying applicable laws, including airport rules and regulations, and traffic rules, such as highway codes and traffic signs.
All licenses, permits, and other legal documents requested from service providers must be in order. For example, all providers who use a vehicle are required by law to have a valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration. Reports of accidents or traffic tickets that may have occurred during a service or delivery are reviewed, as well as other reports, such as those that may indicate impaired, unsafe, or distracted driving. Local parking regulations may limit where providers can park their vehicle to pick up requested services, make deliveries, or wait for riders to get in or out of the vehicle. For example, you may be in violation if you stop in bike lanes or if you block access ramps, this stops mobile applications that need vehicles or any other means of transport to carry out the execution of the requested service.
In cases where the use of vehicles is necessary to carry out the execution of the requested service, users and customers must let the provider take care of driving. In the case of users, do not touch the steering wheel or manipulate the gear shift or other buttons, levers or components used for the operation of the vehicle. Users and customers should not ask the service provider to speed, or to make illegal stops or maneuvers.
Always in cases where it is necessary when riding a bicycle or scooter, local rules and regulations related to driving and parking must be respected. Do not hesitate to check the city government's website for current laws. Compliance with local traffic regulations often requires yielding to pedestrians, driving in the direction of traffic, signaling if you want to change direction, and coming to a complete stop at a red light and stop signs (in the case of mobile apps that apply).
Child seats
In the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE where the vehicles of the suppliers are used as a way to provide the service, users must comply with the laws in force when requesting the services with infants or children. In cases where the use of a child seat is required by law, the user is responsible for providing and affixing a suitable child seat, unless otherwise stated in the terms, local guides, or any other policies. Children must ride in the back seat when required by local law.
When arriving for users traveling with children, providers may give them a few extra minutes to properly install the child seat before starting the service. The provider may cancel the trip if a user does not have the appropriate child seat, if the child does not appear to meet the height and weight safety requirements for the seat, or if the provider of such a service considers that it is not possible to transport the child in the child seat safely.
Service Animals & Assistive Devices
Providers using mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE, may not deny service to a user accompanied by a service animal or assistive devices (such as wheelchairs or crutches) because of such animal or device. Generally, applicable laws prohibit providers from denying service to users because of their service animals or assistive devices, as well as discriminating against those users accompanied by such animals or devices. Intentionally refusing to perform the requested service to a user for these reasons will result in the loss of access to mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE.
Drugs and alcohol
It is forbidden to consume drugs and have containers of alcoholic beverages opened while using any of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE or others that apply.
If you are a provider, you cannot perform the requested service under the influence of alcohol or other substances, as required by law. It is forbidden to use the means necessary to carry out the execution of the requested services while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance that affects the ability to operate such means safely. If there is contact with a user who is in an uproar or who is under the influence of alcohol, you have the right to refuse the service for your own safety.
If you are a user and have reason to believe that the provider may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you may be asked to terminate the service immediately. Then you must leave the provided means and call the emergency services line of the corresponding country. After leaving the said medium, the incident must be reported to any of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE or the one in which the incident took place.
Prohibition of Firearms
It is forbidden for users and their guests, as well as suppliers, to carry firearms while using any of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE, to the extent permitted by applicable law. More information about the firearms ban policy can be found within the website.
Fraud and Illegal Activities
Deception can weaken trust and also be dangerous. It is not permitted to intentionally falsify data or assume the identity of another person, such as when logging in or undergoing a security check. It is important to provide accurate information when reporting incidents, creating and accessing accounts, disputing charges or fees, and requesting credits. Only legitimate rates or refunds should be credited and offers and promotions redeemed as intended. Invalid transactions should not be made intentionally.
Fraudulent activities may include, but are not limited to, deliberately increasing the time or distance of a service (where applicable) for fraudulent or other purposes, accepting requests for services, without the intent to complete them (including seeking cancellation by users or customers for fraudulent purposes), creating fictitious accounts for fraudulent purposes, claiming fraudulent fees or charges (such as false cleaning fees where applicable), intentionally requesting, accepting, or completing counterfeit or fraudulent services, claiming that a service was completed without having collected the main item, withholding all or part of the service, and failing to deliver it in full, act with the intent to disrupt or tamper with the normal operation of any of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE (such as manipulate the settings of the phone to prevent the normal operation of the mobile applications and the GPS system), abuse the promotions or fail to use them for their intended purposes, dispute charges for fraudulent or illegitimate reasons, create inappropriate duplicate accounts, or falsify documents, records, or other data for fraudulent purposes.
Street stops and start of off-platform services
To improve the security of each experience, it is forbidden to launch services outside of mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE. By law, street stops are prohibited while using mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE (if applicable), so payments should never be requested or accepted outside of mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE.
Other Unacceptable Activities
You should never use the trademark or intellectual property of mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE, without permission. If the display of items branded by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE is required by local law, suppliers must only use those items branded by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC as DAME RAITE provide them. If they are not active on the mobile applications, suppliers must not display items branded with the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE. Suppliers must also return items that are branded with mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC, such as DAME RAITE, if they lose access to such mobile applications. The use of unauthorized or third-party items, such as lights, signs, posters, or other similar items bearing the name or trademark of mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE, may confuse users or customers.
Your feedback is important
If something happens, whether good or bad, you have different options to be informed. The support team is continually working to improve standards, and feedback is important to maintain appropriate standards as the technologies being implemented advance. It is recommended to rate the experience obtained at the end of each service. Honest feedback helps hold everyone accountable for their own behavior. This responsibility creates an environment of respect and safety. Likewise, if something happens, such as an accident related to the execution of the requested service, and you wish to report it, you may make use of communications addressed to the user support team through the email support@gaaftechnologies.com so that it can be followed. In the event of an emergency or if it is a situation of imminent danger, the local authorities or emergency services must be notified before notifying any of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE.
Ratings
Users can rate and receive ratings, as well as feedback on how the service was running. The feedback system improves accountability and helps create an environment of respect, safety, and transparency for everyone. Users can view their current rating within the mobile apps they are using.
In each city there is a minimum average rating. This is because there can be cultural differences in the way people in different cities rate each other. Users who do not meet their city's minimum average rating may lose access to all or part of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE. Notifications will also be made if a grade approaches this threshold and indications will be provided on how it can be improved.
If you want to maintain a high average rating, it is recommended to be courteous and respectful to all people while using any of the mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE as well as if interacting with others in the community. Users who use mobile apps usually provide excellent service to users and customers, who are generally friendly and respectful, so most of the executions of the services go smoothly. Contacting the support team will not remove a particular rating. It is understood that sometimes the execution of a service does not go well, and therefore the rating is calculated as an average.
Acceptance of Services
If you are a service provider and do not want to accept incoming requests, you simply have to disconnect from the mobile applications or log out. If you are the provider, you may indicate that certain services are not available. This helps keep the system running smoothly for everyone.
In the case of vendors, if they consistently reject permission requests consecutively, the implemented technology may interpret that they do not want to accept them at the moment or that they forgot to log out, so it is possible that the session will be temporarily closed. However, you can log back in at any time to accept service requests again.

This may include reporting violations of the Guidelines and certain actions taken outside of the mobile applications, including, but not limited to, information from other mobile applications, if it is determined that such actions endanger the safety of the community, employees and contractors, or cause harm to the brand, reputation or business. If the reported problems are serious or repeated, or if the user refuses to cooperate, access to mobile applications developed by GAAF TECHNOLOGIES INC such as DAME RAITE may be lost.
